Being healthy is about habits throughout all the stages of our lives. Health needs to be approached in a holistic way that considers our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

•    Staying active with exercise
•    Managing your period hygiene
•    Take care of your mental health 
•    Allow yourself to take a break or a moment
•    Seek for help or therapy if needed
